Going by your profile, the first will work fine. But would love to be able to dress in all these wonderful clothes with pregnancy morphs. Then you can download clothes with preg morphs, like the links the other users posted :)

I know this is silly, but even after all this time, i still don't know how to get my pregnant sims to wear anything but maxis (default replaced) maternity wear.

I found some nice defaults i would like to use instead and they won't wear them of course do to this mod or is there a way to change them into maternity wear? There are hacks to allow pregnant sims to wear any outfit, im pretty sure the hack is by squinge.
Okay, it looks like it’s not a conflict at all but a bug in pregnancywearanyoutfit that has remained unknown because i guess people rarely have their sims change to undies on. For the belly bump to show, the clothes. Try changing your pregnant sim's outfit to maternity wear at the wardrobe. Moghughson's excellent mod made compatible with squinge's pregnancy wear any outfit
Make sure you download only the version that is. If you want to use squinge's. One for ep5/seasons and one for ep7/freetime. Pregnant sims wear anything mod by squinge.
