I found some nice defaults i would like to use instead and they won't wear them of course do to this mod or is there a way to change them into maternity wear?
So i made 9 sets of defaults for afbodymaternityshirtpants and took preview pictures of those instead, even though i use a mod allowing pregnant sims to wear any outfit in my.

You can also put pregnant sims in custom maternity wear using the wardrobe adjustor from insim. Going by your profile, the first will work fine.
Your best bet is getting the collection that adds pregnancy morphs to teen clothes for base game and a few other expansions. Jordi has 2 versions of pregsimswearanyoutfit here. Then you can download clothes with preg morphs, like the links the other users posted :) You need to force them into casual using something like the insim.

I think you can plan maternity wear with it, but to make the clothes stick you also need the pregwearall hack (it lets sims wear other clohes for maternity). If you want to use squinge's. Squinges's pregnancy wear any clothes (free time edition) tags: One for ep5/seasons and one for ep7/freetime. Works for all game configurations.
