My sims have started wearing the wrong clothing to their active careers. These are work outfits, festival outfits, vampire walkby outfits, and spellcaster. I'm encountering the same issue as kenobikid, for me when sims use the sauna they switch into towels with shoes and it's very annoying and immersion breaking. I am currently trying to make a totally different outfits for the club to see if they keep wearing that, and if it is just when they do the club activities that they change.
